Our business was started in 1958 by Mr Moolchand Bhoormal Shah at Himatnagar (Gujarat) as a provision store called M/s Padma Kirana Store. Later one in 1986 we had diversified to utensils and Home appliances as distributor in Himmatnagar and North Gujarat. The journey took the speed and we added the business of Cello Thermo ware and by the year 1990 we were the superstockist of Marlex Home Appliances for Gujarat, Cello Moulded Furniture and Cello Stationery Products for North Gujarat. Then in 2000 we took over C & F cum Super-stockiest of Cello Stationery Products for entire Gujarat. Later in 2005 as a diversification we had taken up the Consignee and Sales Agent of Havells India Ltd. for Mumbai Branch.
We had been Consignee and Sales Agent (Business Associate) of Mumbai for Havells India Ltd from 2005 to 2009. We were looking after the Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and also the logistics of Havells during that period.

Presently we are handling as group turnover of more than 300 Cr. in Maharashtra (Approx. Handling Turnover Rs.200 Cr Havells & Trading Turnover more than Rs. 60 Cr for all other brands) and trading turnover more than Rs 40 Cr. in Gujarat.
We have a total experience in handling the marketing business online and offline trade as well as the Logistics operation in Maharashtra & Gujarat region .
